CRM Entry Book: $100 per case

Easily fits in your hand or pocket and are only $5.00 per Entry Book. These CRM Entry Books contain triplicate carbonless forms where the salesperson can write down information for 25 prospects. Contact info, desired vehicle and trade info can all be listed here as well as space for additional notes. Once the salesperson has attained the prospects information they can pull the pink and yellow sheets, one for the sales manager and one for CRM input leaving the white sheet for their own follow-up.These Entry Books are designed to last the average salesperson two weeks. The average salesperson should use two of these per month. The Entry Books come twenty to a case. One case of 20 should handle a dealership with ten salespeople for one month.

Managers Book: $20 per book

Designed for managers to follow every lead. This product is designed for the management team and can be used in conjunction with the CRM Entry Books. Once a salesperson is finished with a prospect the manager will get one of three copies of the prospect information and can transfer that information into the Management Edition book and follow-up with that prospect with the goal of creating a sale that might have otherwise been lost. Also, at the end of the book the management team can see totals for the entire sales staff. 8.5 X 11 and Forty Pages and Holds 400 Prospects Information Each space in the Management Edition Book gives the manager contact, trade and lead source information as well as a place for additional notes. At the bottom of each page the manager can total his lead sources and sales.

Install this board in an area where management and sales personnel meet. The lead sheets that go to management collected by your sales staff can easily be sorted by lead source and placed in the appropriate holder. Also, a seperate sheet can be placed in the CRM holder for CRM input.
